Wayne Township Pantry and Senior Services,

In 2004, the food pantry and senior services merged their programs and became a not-for-profit public charity in an effort to provide the best possible programs to the residents living within the boundaries of Wayne Township, which include portions of: Bartlett, Carol Stream, Hanover Park, St. Charles, Wayne and West Chicago. Wayne Township Pantry and Senior Services is comprised of a board of directors that oversee the operations and financials of the not-for-profit charitable organization. Funds for programs are raised through private donations, fundraisers, grants and in-kind donations.

To help low-income residents of Wayne Township achieve a higher quality of life by providing basic needs programs that encourage self-sufficiency and to promote a healthier lifestyle for seniors through social, physical and wellness activities.
